How to make a quick, yummy protein snack

I really should be using fresh fruit here, but this is what I've got. Frozen sliced strawberries, put them in a mug.

I pop them in the microwave to thaw.

Now scoop a bunch of delicious greek yogurt.

Next I'm adding chia seeds. These will fill you right up.

Not too many.

I wanted it sweet so I added honey. Add it to your liking.

And it's done and yummy.
