The 1minute sit-up test is a measure of your muscular endurance and can be used by a variety of sports performers.

Participant to lie on mat with knees bent. On the shout of 'go', participant should carry out as many full sit-ups as possible within a minute. The time is monitored by the assessor who also counts

Upon completion of the test you can compare your results to the normative data table.
