Start with your cream. Any type will do
Clean a jar and take of the label Mine was a tikka masala
Pour the cream into the jar and add salt (optional) for flavour
I added both creams
Screw the lid on as far as it will go and SHAKE!!
Shake until you can see through the glass and when you shake you can't hear a slushy sound
I put mine in to a mould and treated it like a sand castle
Enjoy on a scone or toast!!!!
