How to make filipino bistek!

Slice your beef into thin slices!

Add 1 Cup water and 1 Cup Soja Sauce.

Squeeze your calamansi or lime into it and Mix it well! Steep it for about 1 Hour in the fridge. Meanwhile slice your onions. You can prepare you rice if you want to serve it with your Bistek.
