100-110g per person, cook in boiling water for about 4 min, add a glass of cold water while boiling for better textured noodle, rinse under cold water, put a portion in bowl.

Hard boiled egg, peeled and cut in half, put on top of the noodle.

Chilled soy soup- natural, no sugar version, mix well before pouring.

Cucumber julienned

Thinly sliced tomato, 1/4 of big tomato=1/2 of small tomato= 1person portion

Ice cube, pinch of salt to season if needed, sprinkle black sesame at the end.

Serve with some pickles.
