How to take care of yourself

Make a list of the things you'd like to change. And what you are having problems with.

Start with the Pros! Bring in your list. If you don't feel comfortable doing this, it's time to change doctors. When you see the doctor, you are hiring them to do a job. Be sure it's a job well done!

Your Medical Physician should order blood work. The labs will give clues to solving some of your list of problems. Without it, they are just guessing.

Dr's are pros we hire to advise us on health issues. They've done the homework, the studying...Do as your Dr has advised or see another Dr. Don't believe them? Do the research yourself.

Got problems with your teeth? See the Dentist. Vision problems? See an Opthamologist. Skin problems? See a Dermatologist. Don't like the ones you see? Choose another!

Are you having Pain? See a Chiropractor. By aligning the spine, these Pros can help you feel better in many areas that are on your list.

How about your Mental Health? It is essential to crossing things off that list. See a Therapist or any Mental Heath Pro. Tell them about your abuse, depression, stress and your relationships.

How you.. Feel .. matters. Do yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, ..or sit in a quiet spot and read. You will find taking care of your mental health will go farther than anything else you can do for yourself.

Money ... Need I say more? You've got to do one or both of two things. Keep more of the money you have. ..and/or.. .Make more money.

Keep the money you've got! Save on your income by cutting costs on groceries, utilities, cutting services, and always pay yourself first!

Make money by getting extra job on side like cleaning houses, sitting with elderly, babysitting, or by selling items you no longer use or new items you have made.

Pamper yourself! Get that facial you always wanted and any other purely self indulgent beauty treatment you desire. I give you permission to treat yourself. You will feel better!

Love others. Let your loved ones KNOW that you love you. Give hugs, kisses and tell them, I love you. Do random acts of kindness for others and reap what you sow. The love that comes back is ..Love!

Turn that list around until all is completed. Be the best you that you've always wanted to be. Enjoy!
