Peel your nectarines.
Chop the nectarines into small slices and put into a separate bowl.
Add 2 tsp of sugar or 4 tsp if you want it sweet.
Add 1 tbsp of honey to the top.
Mix everything together.
Once you are finished mixing, add the nectarines to a pitcher
Add a bottle of honey wine.
Stir the mixture.
Put in the fridge and let it cool for an hour or until completely chilled.
Add honey on the rim for garnish and serve. (Make sure the honey goes inside the glass vs outside to avoid a sticky situation)
