How to cook chocolate and raspberry muffins

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

Grease muffin pans

Thaw raspberries

Combine the sifted flour, sugar and chocolate bits in a bowl. I use white chocolate but you can use any type

Mix egg, melted butter and buttermilk

Combine the dry and wet ingredients and lightly mix

Gently fold in raspberries

Spoon into pans

Bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and springy
