Dust drumsticks in plain flour, sprinkle salt and pepper, then add to a pan with olive oil on high heat. Sear the chicken until a nice brown crust forms. Around 10 mins.
Add rosemary, mushrooms, celery, olives, leek, stock and pasta sauce. Add sugar and salt. Simmer for 10 mins on low heat. Place pot with lid on in oven for 30 mins at 180 degrees C.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve with crusty bread or pasta. Bon Appetito!
