How to make a vegan pizza

Mix 300 g flour, 150 ml warm water, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 packet of yeast, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar together.

Now knead the dough until it's solid.

Cover the dough for about 1-2 hours.

Cut a half onion and a piece of garlic in little pieces.

Fry the onion and the garlic with a little bit olive oil in a pot.

Now the dough is ready to roll it out.

Cut a zucchini in small slices ( optional)

Add tomatoes to the garlic and onion.

Put the Tomatosauce and the zucchini on the dough and then for 20 minutes in the oven ( about 150 degrees) . Enjoy your pizza!
