How to cook chickpea, tomato, and chorizo soup

Fry until chorizo turns crispy

Turn down the heat then add the onions and crashed garlic

After ~15 minutes add chopped tomatoes

Add 2 cubes of Veg Stock with boiling water

Add cabbage, chickpeas, chapped potatoes, salt, pepper, mixed herbs and lemon juice. Leave simmering on a low heat with lid on the pot until potatoes cooked
