How to make a surprise watermelon popsicle!

Chop up some bananas and strawberries. If you're using frozen strawberries like mine, warm them first.

Blend them together. Don't worry if there are some chunks left, they taste just as good.

Optional! Add in some yogurt to increase its volume but bare in mind, the colour will become more pink rather than the red of the watermelon we want.

Scoop them into the popsicle mould. Freeze this.

After they are frozen, add a yogurt layer.

Spread out the yogurt. Leave this to softened so that you can put the cap or the stick in.

Next thaw the frozen kiwis.

Blend them up. I recommend to add yogurt into the kiwi because pure kiwis are too sour to be the finishing taste. Yogurt will tone them down a bit.

Fill this up.

Put the cap on. Freeze them.
