Artichokes: a QUICK and SUPER tasty snack, appetizer or meal
Cut off the stem.
Wash the artichoke and place it in the bowl with Saran Wrap. You'd like to keep the artichoke dripping wet. The excess water will steam the artichoke with the Saran Wrap.
Wrap it up and pop it in the microwave for 5-8 minutes depending on the size of the artichoke.
Check the "done-ness" of the artichoke by gently pulling a leaf. If it comes out easy it's done!
When it's done eat each leaf individually. They're great plain or dipped in a variety of sauces.
