How to make 2 ingredient chocolate cake!

Ah. So my snap guide is a bit glitchy and some of my pics never uploaded right. So that's why some steps are just text. But you should find it fine x

Break your chocolate up and melt over a double boiler.

Separate your eggs. And whisk the egg whites.

Until stiff peaks form.

Done. Preheat your oven to 170c

Next once your chocolate has cooled. Add your 3 egg yolks. And stir with your whisk.

Next using your WHISK, add in a 3rd of the egg whites. And stir til smooth.

Add another 3rd and FOLD IN with a SPATULA!!!! The bits in capitals are important.. And add the last 3rd of egg white as well

Next pour in to a lined cake tin.

Tap off a surface lightly.

Pop in the oven for 30-40 mins. **awkward oven selfie**

It will sink. But this is ok ! Believe me this cake is so simple yet simply beautiful! So decorate and serve. Cut into 6 pieces and each of the 6 contains 200 calories.
