How to make honey and rosemary roasted carrots

Peel and cut the carrots into long strips

Boil in salted water until a knife goes through the carrots

Drain and transfer to an oven proof dish

Stir in the honey and rosemary and toss so all carrots are covered. Then roast at 225 for 45 minutes until the carrots are sticky with a slight bite

Serve with any kind of roast meat :)
