Cook orzo according to package directions. I used about 1/3 of a small box. Drain water and set aside.
Slice grape tomatoes in half.
Add oil to large pan and heat over medium heat.
Add flour. Stir well.
Add tomatoes. Stir well.
Add Italian seasoning and several shakes of salt and pepper according to your preferences.
Add orzo. Stir well to blend.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
