How to make swedish sticky chocolate cake

Grab a form with loose sides, turn on the oven to 150 degrees Celsius'

Put in non stick paper then fasten the sides!

Tear of the rest of the paper

Melt 100 g butter (I cut it to peaces so it would melt faster)

Add 3 dl sugar, mix with a spoon until it's runny. Take of the stove turn of the heat.

Add two eggs, make sure the eggs don't get cooked by the warm butter. mix fast!

Don't stop mixing the eggs until it looks like this :))

Add 1,5 dl flour and mix'

Add 4 tbls cocoa and 1 teaspoon vanilla. ( I used vanilla flavored sugar)

Mix until it looks like this :))

Pour the mix in the form thingy!

Leave it in the oven for 30 min ! The time depends on how sticky you want the cake to be :)

I left the cake in the oven for 40 min but I know people like it stickier, if that's the case leave it in for about 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream and a glass of milk :))

If you want you can put in peaces of chocolate or berries or why not make a delicious frosting?And I'm sorry for my terrible English, sticky sounds yummier in Swedish I promise! HahaEnjoy' :)
