How to grow long healthy nails

Long, healthy nails start here!

My biggest secret! Vitamin E. It comes in a lot of forms, but my favourite is gel capsules. I take one daily for healthy hair, nails and skin. You don't have to do this!

Once a week (or when needed) I scrape my nails with a toothpick. Tons of bacteria is kept beneath your nail, so you should clean it! This gives you clean, healthy nails without bacteria and germs.

Next, nail treatment/serum. I use this daily before going to bed. The one I have here is "Sally Hansen No More Dry Nails" which works really well. This is the one I'm using right now.

I know, I know, this looks like a weapon. Don't worry guys, its painless: nail filing. You don't have to get an expensive one, even a $1 nail file will do the trick. I file weekly or when needed.

Find an old container and mix your peroxide and baking soda (3 parts b.s and 1 part peroxide). Use your toothbrush to scrub your nails with the mix. Rinse! I do this weekly for brighter/whiter nails.

Never cut your nails while trying to grow them! Only file them down when needed. You can use olive oil or any other soothing oil instead of the serum, if you'd like.
