How to make a white chicken pizza

Gather all of your supplies and ingredients. Prepare the pizza dough according to the package directions.

For my sauce I used cream, fresh spinach, dried herbs, & a little flour/water slurry to thicken it. First I stacked all the leaves like so...

Next, thinly sliced the spinach (also called a chiffonade).

Spices I used: Dried basil, Italian seasoning, Kosher salt, Fresh ground black pepper, Garlic powder, & Onion powder.

Heat on medium until it just starts to boil. Add the slurry (1 tbs each flour & cold water). Continue boiling for about 3 mins, whisking constantly...

Reduce the heat to a low simmer. The sauce is ready when it coats the back of a spoon and leaves a clean line when you run your finger through it.

Next I sliced 1 medium tomato. The chopped piece are from the end, I used those too!

Clean, slice, & season the chicken. I used 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast.

Brown the chicken in a pan (on med high heat) with enough olive oil to coat the bottom. Remove the cooked chicken & set aside. Deglaze the brown bits in the pan with the wine.

Once the wine has reduced a bit, add the tomato slices. Sear for about 2 mins on one side for a little caramelized flavor.

All finished! This is definitely a new favorite of mine!
