How to do

First, clasp your hands.

Then bend your knees.

Lift your heels off the ground as a prep.

And hold your arms in a "high v".

And jump off the ground and spread your arms and legs like your body is an "x".

Clasp your hands again!

Bend at your knees

And go up on your toes with your arms in a "high v".
