How to make apple tartinade

Peel and Cut the apples. Place them in a small pan.

Add 2 tbsp of brown sugar and 1 tbsp water.

Stir everything so the sugar is on every apple.

Place on a low-medium fire until the apples are caramelized.

Mash them.

Add the milk and the 2 other tbsp of brown sugar along with cinnamon (here I wrote 1/2 teaspoon but go with your taste).

Cook until the mixture is sticky.

Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and it's ready to serve!
