How to cook savory mustard marinated fried chicken strips

Cut your chicken breast to strips like this. You can use any type, wings, drumsticks, or thighs.

To make the marinade add the mustard.

Then add the Worcestershire sauce.

Then add 1 bag of of Sazon Goya that contains coriander and annatto. If you do not have this you can just add 1 tsp of all purpose seasoning, but I love the orange color the annatto gives the chicken.

This is what the box looks like. I buy these at Walmart in the Hispanic food section usually where all the taco shells are.

Then add 1/4 tsp of pepper or to how ever much you like.

Mix everything together and it should look like this.

Heat your oil up to medium high. I am using canola oil, you can use corn or vegetable oil as well.

Brush on the marinade on the chicken.

Cook for about 6 minutes on one side.

After you turn cook for about another 3 minutes.

Place a paper towel on a plate to put the chicken after it's done frying. This will get rid of excess oil.

Place the chicken on the paper towel.

And you are done! You can add this to a salad, or just eat it with rice.
