How to make banana & walnut protein pancakes

This recipe is for 2 servings! Mix oats with the protein powder.

Separate the eggs. You only need the egg whites!

Add egg whites to the oat mix.

Add 1 tablespoon soy yogurt.

Add 1 banana.

Mix until it's smooth.

For the chocolate sauce heat doy milk. Always stir!! When it boils take it from the stove.

Add cocoa nibs.

Add the chocolate. Wait for 3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and then stir.

Add protein powder (just for the thickness)

Then bake the pancakes! Sorry I never get them circular ;)

Then stack the pancakes, put the chocolate sauce, sliced banana abd walnuts on top. VoilĂ !
