How to make spring rolls

Soak wood ear mushroom in hot water for 20 min

Cut the mushroom and add it to the other ingredients ( you can add cucumber , use salmon or chicken instead of tuna )

Mix everything

Soak rice paper in warm water until soften

Place the paper on a plate

Add some of the mixture

Roll the edges

Then roll everything

Refrigerate for 30 min minimum

For the sauce : it's 1 tbls of vinigear + 1tbls of sugar + 1 tbls of lemon + 5 tbls of water + a bit of garlic Hit the ingredients in a pan for 2 min on medium hit . Done!
