How to cook an italian tiramisù

For this tasty cake you need: - 6 eggs - 120 g of sugar - 500 g of mascarpone cheese. - 4 coffee mugs - cocoa powder - 400 g of ladyfingers

Divide the egg whites from the yolks.

Add half of the sugar to the yolk.

Mix with a mixer fitted with whisk until you get a nice frothy mixture.

Add the mascarpone mixture of egg yolks and stir very gently...

...until you get a creamy compound.

Then, add the other half of sugar to egg whites,

and whip them until stiff.

Add them to the mixture of first made with mascarpone cheese and eggs.

On the bottom of a baking dish, spread a layer of cream.

Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee slightly and place them on the cream

Sprinkle a little cocoa powder

Cover with a layer of cream. Repeat and finish with a layer of cream. Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder and refrigerate for a few hours to shrink the sweet and Enjoy.
