Then add the oil

Last add the boiling water

Place baking paper on a tray and spoon the mixture on to the paper. Add more or less depending on how thick or thin you like it. Press it down using a spatula and smooth it out. Place in oven for 60m

Take out and let cool. Add more or less seeds depending on what you like best! Alternatively add chilli flakes, curry powder, oregano, basil, anything you like. Be creative!
