How to snazzy red velvet cupcakes

Put flour, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl

Place softened butter in a large bowl

Pour 11/4 cups sugar in with butter

Cream sugar & butter until creamy

Add first egg and mix well

Break in second egg and combine

Add the vanilla

Add a small amount of red gel food colouring until you are satisfied with the colour

Alternate adding flour mixture...

With cup of milk

After combining milk & flour in batter, pour into cupcake liners

Fill each of the liners with batter until close to the top

Put cupcakes into preheated oven & bake for 15-17 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Take cupcakes out and let cool, then you may decorate or just eat their delicious colour. Delightful
