How to cook a quick salad lunch

Cut up some mushrooms.

Roughly cut up some shallots.

Slightly brown the shallots. I like to use Grape Seed oil.

Add the mushrooms. I like to add as a splash of water to help it cook evenly and prevent the mushrooms from burning.

Add salt and Oregano to taste.

Add the kale on top.

I had some left over steak which I sliced up. You can add any topping you want.

Warm up the protein. Keep the heat low so you don't cook.

Serve!
