Combine all ingredients, mix gently by hand. Add apples and raisins.
Stir until fruit is evenly distributed.
Scoop into a greased muffin tin.
Bake at 330 degrees F for about 17 minutes. Until springy to touch. Don't over bake! :)
Wait for them to cool..(or be like me and taste them right away, burning your mouth in the process ;)) and remove them from the tray! Serve with or without butter. Enjoy!!
