Well let's start, take your fresh Brussel sprouts and Immerse them In some water. We will Cook them until they pierce easily and are softened. TIP:If you can steam them it is so much healthier.
Take them out of the water and set aside.
Now let's take a pan set it over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt
Take the olive oil and add it as well
After it has crisped,we will add the Brussel sprouts.
