How to cook salmon fillet, tomato salad & brown rice

BROWN RICE (1.) Put the brown rice in rice cooker. (2.) Measure up 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of water and put it in the rice cooker. (3.) Switch on rice Cooker, wait for 20 min then cooked.

If you don't have a rice cooker, use a pot on a stove with the same directions as the previous page. The process may take longer.

SALMON FILLET 1. Put pinch of salt and pepper and squeeze lemon on the salmon on both sides . (2.) Put table spoon of olive oil on frying pan and heat it up.

SALMON FILLET (3.) Once the frying pan is warm and with olive oil, fry the salmon. (4.)When one side turns to golden colour, flip it, until it's golden brown and the skin should be crispy.

TOMATO SPRING ONION SALAD (1.) Slice tomato into dice or any shape you prefer. (2.) Slice spring onion to small sizes. (Refer to picture)

With the selected ingredients, plate up to your liking and ENJOY!!!!!
